We appreciate that the purchase and installation of a new monitoring system is a big commitment, and we therefore understand the importance of offering clear unbiased advice from the outset so that customers can select the best solution for their needs. We have a team of office based engineers who are always available to assist directly with technical queries, system planning and general advice via phone/fax/email.
We also have a team of service engineers prepared to travel worldwide. These engineers are trained to the highest standards and can assist with installation, commissioning, calibration and routine maintenance/service calls. Engineers are available on an as required basis or as part of a service contract which can be tailored to suit individual needs.
All our technology is designed in house by our dedicated development team, so we always retain the option to offer customised solutions to meet any unusual customer requirements. Minor software/hardware modifications are easily accommodated and even larger development projects can always be arranged.
We trade through a network of local distributors worldwide, so sales visits and preliminary surveys can be carried out by local dealers who are fully trained to offer the best information and advice on our range.
